Len Schaustal has been in the escrow industry for over 31 years. As an owner of a successful local escrow company, he brings his broad experience and ability to Huntington Escrow. Len’s extensive knowledge in residential and commercial escrow has helped guide many complicated escrows to successful and happy conclusions for his clients. Len still runs an active desk.  He feels that he is part of a client’s “life event” – purchasing a home or investment – and understands that it is important to handle each and every transaction as if it is for a family member.  Prior to a career in escrow, Len worked at several banking institutions, handling everything from consumer loans to loan documents and fundings.  Len loves a good challenge; no matter how complicated the transaction.

Len is a Member of the California Escrow Association and Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors®. He is Co-Chair of Membership and a Board Member of the Christmas Tree Lane Association in Altadena, and active in this 100% volunteer organization cherished by so many.

Len grew up in the New York City area and has been living in California since 1983. He has traveled the world and loves the culture and diversity that travel brings with it. Whenever possible, Len tries to spend much time as he can with family, friends, and his beloved dogs.
