Beginning in 1987, Sharon learned every aspect of the escrow process from the ground up. With the simple mottos of "service with a smile" and "work hard and be nice," Sharon's main goal is to ensure clients feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning to the end of every escrow. She appreciates the personal connection made during each escrow, and maintains an "open door" policy for all of her clients to call, email or stop by her office any time.

Margaret started her career in the real estate industry in 1997. Her first “industry” job started with a title company as a reviewer, before having the opportunity to become a receptionist in the escrow division. Margaret took the initiative and started to learn all aspects of the escrow process from beginning to end. She became an Escrow Officer in 2000, and subsequently was promoted to an escrow office manager in 2003. Understanding all aspects of escrow from opening, to processing through closing, to state requirements and regulations for a licensed escrow company. Margaret continues to keep up with all the rules and regulations in our industry and the constant changes that affect escrow. She is a seasoned notary public as well.

Joining Huntington Escrow, Margaret brings her extensive experience to us, she goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction, and her ability to make each client feel comfortable and secure in the process, keeps clients returning and referring her to others. She makes sure to give those clients that need it, the extra patience that may be required whether it is a first-time homebuyer or someone selling their family home of 50 plus years; every transaction is important to Margaret.

Margaret’s motto is don’t just deliver great customer service but show the client “hospitality, care, and concern.”

Prior to getting into the escrow industry, Margaret worked as a Nurses' assistant and completed her education to be a Licensed Vocational Nurse; the dedication and training of the nursing profession was a great base for a move into the escrow field.

In her spare time, Margaret loves spending time with her kids and fur babies.

 

Vanessa Sandoval Escrow Assistant

Vanessa started her career with a well known financial institution as a department assistant and eventually became a loan processor and mortgage fraud analyst, which fit well with her since she enjoys the investigation and research process. 

Vanessa has been with Huntington Escrow for 2 years and has moved into an Escrow Assistant position, where she loves learning and meeting people through out each transaction.  Her experience in mortgage has been beneficial to her role at Huntington Escrow.

Tana has been in the escrow field since 1986, beginning as an escrow assistant at ATLA Escrow in San Gabriel, California and becoming an escrow officer during her employment at ATLA Escrow until 2007 when the company closed for business. She is now responsible for all aspect of handling an escrow file, from the opening/typing of a new escrow to the closing and auditing of a file and distributing all funds necessary. Tana joined the Huntington Escrow, Inc. Monrovia branch in 2014 as an Escrow Officer.

Prior to the escrow field, Tana worked as a teacher’s assistant in Bell Gardens at Colmar Elementary School, and then in Alhambra at Almansor Elementary School in the program for deaf children.

Tana attended Schurr High School in Montebello, then moved on to attend California State University of Los Angeles. She belongs to the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley, which helps to enrich our escrow education, knowledge of current practices, and changes in the industry.
